from reserving your cake to bringing it home.
RESERVING YOUR CAKE
How to order
Please order at least 5 days in advance. Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur an additional rush fee.
- Choose your cake
Send us your cake choice, size and preferred pickup or delivery time.
- Confirm the details
Once your cake details are agreed, we’ll send a confirmation message with instructions for paying your deposit.
- Secure your booking
Pay the deposit amount stated in your confirmation message. Your order is confirmed only once the deposit is received.
- Collect & celebrate
A reminder with the pickup location will arrive the day before. The remaining balance is payable in cash only at pickup or delivery.
CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
Payment details
- A deposit is required to confirm your order. The exact amount will be provided in your confirmation message.
- Your deposit is adjusted according to the order total so that the remaining cash balance is a round amount for easy payment at handover.
- Deposits are payable by e-transfer only.
- After payment, a booking confirmation with pickup or delivery details will be sent to you.
- The remaining balance is payable in cash only at pickup or delivery. Please bring the exact cash amount stated in your confirmation message.
GETTING YOUR CAKE
Pickup & delivery
Pickup in Markham
Your pickup location will be included in the reminder sent the day before.
Please confirm your cake order before collection. On the pickup date, let us know your estimated arrival time or confirm the arranged delivery time.
Delivery by arrangement
Delivery may be available in Markham and nearby areas, depending on our schedule for the day. Please enquire when ordering.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your cake at the scheduled time.
Delivery fees
Fees depend on distance. All prices are in CAD.

Design & allergens
Handcrafted designs
Every cake is handcrafted. Slight variations in colour or design may occur as part of the artisanal process.
We do not accept custom cake design orders. Please refer to our posts and stories for cake design references.
Allergens
Our kitchen uses dairy, eggs, gluten and nuts.
Please enquire in advance about allergy-friendly options and tell us about your requirements when ordering.
AFTER COLLECTION
Cake handling & care
On the way home
- Place the cake on a flat, level surface, such as the car floor.
- Avoid car seats, laps or uneven surfaces.
- Drive slowly; avoid sharp turns and sudden stops.
Storage & serving
- Refrigerate as soon as possible, within an hour.
- Keep your cake refrigerated until serving.
- For the best flavour and texture, enjoy it within 3 days.
